They promise to follow up with the information needed regarding a purchase on December 2025, but 3 different people have not. My salesperson definitely deserves 5 stars…Sahrena was amazing!!!! Up until about 15 minutes ago it was 5 stars across the board. But considering I just found out that we were lied to twice ruined it. Once by the sales manager and once by the finance guy. I even doubled checked with both of them when they told me these exact 2 things! Plus charging me $495 for LoJack that I never asked for makes me pretty upset! The employees are always friendly and not to sound like I'm profiling but a lot of times especially in certain professions and anything with cars is included women can be taken advantage of but I don't ever feel like that with these guys which is why I only come here. Hyundai of Dundalk has an exceptional team! I was shipping my car and needed to hand over my wheel locks keys, only to realize I left them in my apartment 90 minutes away. I was incredibly stressed because I had a limited window to keep my appointment, and Hyundai of Dundalk absolutely saved my butt. They were able to quickly fit me in without an appointment to take off my wheel locks and put standard lug nuts on, which allowed me to keep my appointment. I will forever be grateful to them for their swift and exceptional customer service.
